What’s something you used to worry about but don’t anymore?
There was a time when I worried about what people thought of me.
I worried about saying the wrong thing.
Starting the wrong business.
Posting the wrong video.
Failing in public.
Looking stupid.
Then something changed.
I realized that the people who spend the most time judging others usually aren’t building much of anything themselves.
Now I post the video.
I write the blog.
I upload the Short.
I turn the wrench.
I make the phone call.
I show up.
Not because I’m fearless—but because I’ve learned that action solves problems that overthinking never will.
I also used to worry about making everything perfect.
The perfect camera.
The perfect logo.
The perfect timing.
The perfect business plan.
Perfection is expensive.
Momentum is profitable.
Today I’d rather publish something that’s 90% done than spend six months chasing perfection.
I used to worry about failing.
Now I worry about standing still.
Because every setback I’ve had eventually taught me something that success never could.
The older I get, the smaller my list of worries becomes.
Health matters.
Family matters.
Character matters.
Everything else is usually just noise.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
Most of the things we lose sleep over today won’t matter a year from now. But the work we put in today just might change the rest of our lives.
Keep building.
One day at a time.
