When most people look at a house, they see granite countertops, a pool, or a great view.
I see something different.
I see an asset.
Recently, I had access to tour an incredible luxury vacation rental that generated over $105,000 in gross rental revenue during the month of July.
That’s the kind of real estate that gets my attention.
Don’t get me wrong—the home is beautiful. But the beauty isn’t what makes it valuable. Its ability to generate income is what separates it from an ordinary purchase.
The more I study business and investing, the more I realize wealthy people often ask a different question.
Instead of asking, “How much does it cost?”
They ask, “What can it earn?”
That shift in thinking changes everything.
Whether it’s a dealership, a rental property, a business, or another income-producing asset, the goal is the same: build assets that generate cash flow.
Luxury is nice.
Cash flow is better.
That’s the mindset I’m building, and it’s the direction Modern Day Dealer is headed.
