Everyone wants to transform.
Most people focus on the workouts, the diet, or the supplements. Those things matter, but they all come after one critical step that too many people skip.
You have to know where you’re starting.
Today is Day 2 of Halloween 225, and instead of chasing a number on the scale, I’m building a baseline.
That means taking the time to collect real data:
• Body scan
• Weight
• Body measurements
• Progress photos
• Blood work
Why?
Because feelings change.
Data doesn’t.
Six months from now, I don’t want to guess whether I’ve improved. I want to compare my strength, body composition, blood markers, and photos against the person I am today. That’s how real progress is measured.
One of the tools I’m using throughout this journey is SiPhox Health. Their at-home blood testing makes it easy to keep track of important health markers without constantly scheduling lab appointments. It’s one more way to replace guessing with information.

Halloween 225 isn’t just about losing weight.
It’s about becoming stronger.
More disciplined.
More intentional.
More consistent.
The body you want is built by the decisions you make every single day, and those decisions become much easier when you know exactly where you stand.
Don’t be afraid of your starting point.
Be excited about it.
One hundred days from now, today’s photos, measurements, and blood work will become proof of how far you’ve come.
Measure everything.
Track everything.
Improve everything.
Because you can’t improve what you don’t measure.
