Every major change in my life started long before anyone else noticed.

I’m learning new editing skills.

I’m rebuilding my Escalade one bolt at a time.

I’m reading more.

I’m training harder.

I’m simplifying my diet.

I’m chasing 225 pounds by Halloween—not because I need to impress anyone, but because I want proof that I can become whoever I decide to become.

Success isn’t created on the day everyone applauds you.

It’s created on the mornings when nobody is watching.

It’s created on the nights when you’re tired but you hit “publish” anyway.

It’s created every time you choose discipline over comfort.

One day people will call it momentum.

Today, it’s just another rep.

And that’s exactly how empires are built.
