This morning, I sat down with a cup of coffee and finally opened *The Compound Effect* by Darren Hardy. Before I knew it, I had already read half the book.
The funny part? There wasn’t some magical secret hidden inside.
It was confirmation.
Confirmation that the things I’m doing every day—writing blogs, filming videos, going live every Friday, fixing cars, learning new skills, and showing up even when I don’t feel like it—are exactly what creates momentum.
Most people are looking for a breakthrough.
The truth is, breakthroughs are usually just the result of hundreds of ordinary days stacked on top of each other.
One workout doesn’t change your body.
One blog doesn’t build a brand.
One YouTube video doesn’t create a business.
One conversation doesn’t change your life.
But stack enough of those days together, and one morning you wake up and realize everything is different.
I’ve realized something over the last few months.
The biggest competition isn’t other creators.
It’s distraction.
Every day, life gives you a hundred reasons to stop, switch directions, or chase the next shiny object. The people who win are often the ones who simply keep moving forward while everyone else gets distracted.
That’s another reason I love 75 Hard.
It’s not just about fitness.
It’s about proving to yourself that you can keep the promises you make to yourself.
Reading every day.
Writing every day.
Creating every day.
Training every day.
Those habits don’t just improve your results—they change your identity.
The Compound Effect isn’t complicated.
It’s showing up when nobody is watching.
It’s trusting that today’s work matters, even if you don’t see the results yet.
I’m all in.
One blog.
One video.
One workout.
One page.
One day at a time.
The compound effect is already working.
Now it’s my job to keep stacking the days.
