I used to think there would be a point where I’d finally feel like I made it.
A certain income.
A certain house.
A certain number of subscribers.
A certain level of success.
Then I’d arrive, sit back, and enjoy it.
That’s not how it works.
At least not for me.
The finish line keeps moving.
The funny thing is that I used to see that as a problem.
Now I see it as a gift.
Because growth changes you.
The person who wanted 100 subscribers isn’t the same person who wants 10,000.
The person who wanted one rental property isn’t the same person who wants a portfolio.
The person who wanted to write one blog post isn’t the same person sitting here with nearly 100.
Every time you grow, your perspective grows with you.
The goal changes.
The vision expands.
The finish line moves.
And that’s okay.
In fact, it might be exactly how it’s supposed to work.
A few months ago, I wanted consistency.
Now I want mastery.
A few months ago, I wanted to prove I could do it.
Now I want to see how far I can take it.
The target keeps changing because I’m changing.
That’s what growth does.
Most people get frustrated when they reach a goal and realize they’re still chasing something.
I’ve learned to expect it.
The goal isn’t to reach the final finish line.
The goal is to become the type of person who keeps moving forward.
Because the truth is, there probably isn’t a final finish line.
Not for builders.
Not for creators.
Not for entrepreneurs.
Not for people who love growth.
There is only the next level.
The next challenge.
The next version of yourself.
Today, the finish line is different than it was 22 days ago.
Different than it was 154 videos ago.
Different than it was 22 Friday Night Valet Notes ago.
And six months from now, it’ll probably move again.
Good.
That means I’m still growing.
The finish line keeps moving.
And I wouldn’t want it any other way.

That’s not failure.
That’s growth.
