How Do You Build Loyal Subscribers?

How do you build loyal subscribers?

A lot of people think loyal subscribers come from going viral.

I don’t.

I think loyal subscribers come from showing up.

Over and over.

When I look at the channels, creators, and businesses I’ve followed for years, it wasn’t because they had one big video.

It was because they kept showing up.

I knew what they stood for.

I knew what they believed.

I knew what I was going to get every time they posted.

That’s what creates loyalty.

Not perfection.

Consistency.

Right now, I’m building Modern Day Dealer one post, one video, one story, and one conversation at a time.

Some videos get thousands of views.

Some barely get noticed.

But every piece of content is another brick in the foundation.

The funny thing is, loyal subscribers aren’t really subscribing to the content.

They’re subscribing to the person behind it.

The journey.

The values.

The wins.

The losses.

The lessons.

People want to follow something that’s real.

That’s why I don’t try to pretend everything is perfect.

Sometimes I’m fixing an old Mercedes.

Sometimes I’m walking the beach.

Sometimes I’m talking about business.

Sometimes I’m talking about life.

It’s all part of the story.

If I had to give one piece of advice for building loyal subscribers, it would be this:

Show up consistently and tell the truth.

Do that long enough and the right people will find you.

And when they do, they usually stick around.

Every loyal audience starts with one post.
