There are weeks where it feels like everything is moving at once.
Cars are apart. Projects are everywhere. Phones are ringing. Opportunities are showing up. Problems need solving. Content needs filming. Houses need work. Business needs attention.
This week was one of those weeks.
I spent part of the week working on my Mercedes, chasing down problems and trying to fix things the right way instead of just throwing parts at them. The funny thing is, that lesson applies to more than cars. Sometimes the real problem isn’t where you first think it is. You have to slow down, take things apart, and figure out what’s actually going on.
As the week came to an end, I found myself sitting around laughing about old stories.
The kind of stories that only get funnier with time.
Stories about cars, business, family, mistakes, and all the crazy situations that somehow seemed normal when they were happening. I was laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes.
And somewhere in the middle of all that laughter, I found myself thinking about my dad.
I could almost hear him laughing too.
Some memories never leave you. Certain people become part of who you are. Sometimes you don’t realize how much you miss them until something reminds you of a moment they would have absolutely loved.
What hit me was realizing how good life really is right now.
Not perfect.
Just good.
The house projects are moving forward. The content is growing. The businesses are evolving. New opportunities keep appearing. Every day I’m learning something new and building something that didn’t exist before.
Most importantly, I’m doing it my way.
That’s the best part.
Not the money.
Not the views.
Not the deals.
The freedom to build a life that feels like your own.
As I sat there laughing at the end of the week, I realized those moments are the real wins. Not the big announcements. Not the flashy stuff people see online.
The real wins are ending a long week with a clear mind, a full heart, good memories, and excitement for what’s coming next.
If you can do that, you’re probably doing better than you think.
Here’s to another week of building.
